"For his anger endures but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."
WORD OF THE WEEK
God wants you to know that you are not stuck in any one season! This scripture confirms to us that our hard seasons only last for a certain time, and then God brings us into a better season.
We all go through different seasons.
Sometimes we go through seasons that are very challenging or heavy, and often the seasons that test us last longer than we want.
“Weeping may endure for a night..” Just because you want something to be over doesn't mean that it is over. How we handle these difficult seasons can slow down or accelerate the next new season.
Don’t be a survivor, be an overcomer!
A survivor waits for something to be over so something new can begin.
An overcomer says, “I’m going to take a stand right now!” An overcomer will act like it’s already done. An overcomer will act like they’re already healed before they’re healed, or like they’re already rich before they’re rich.
That’s how you beat the challenging season you’re in. Don’t crawl out of it, walk out of it! You are an overcomer, not a survivor!
